There are three ways you can fix this problem either to put brand new video card which is expensive and hard to get or second way is to reflow the card, but to reflow again there are 2 ways do ir manually with heat gun which we don’t recommend , as you cant be precise and can damage the video card and other way is to reflow in infrared oven which is precise and reflow to industry recommended heating pattern. We have state of art infrared reflow oven to fix any BGA chip including video cards. If reflow does not work then we have to replace the display chip which you can see green color chip on the red board below.
