Once the front bezel screw are removed use the metal spudger to find a space from the top of the laptop lcd bezel. Insert the metal spudger between bezel and rear bezel as shown in the below picture.

Be very careful not to insert the metal spudger too far as you might scratch the lcd or even break it. The front lcd bezel is locked to the frame with small plastic locks. Once the bezel is unlocked remove it away from lcd.

• Unscrew LCD from back panel

You will find laptop lcd is attached with back panel with two screw at the top and two at the bottom. In some of the laptop you will find smaller screws on the metal hinge of the lcd. So remove all the screws.

We all know LCD is short of Liquid Crystal Display and they are fragile. Handle lcd carefully. When all the screws are removed do not pull out LCD gently ring it down same way you close laptop lid. You will see the Laptop LCd connectors which connects the LCD to the Logic board. These connectors are secured with a tape. You can remove the tape with the help of tweezer. Do not pull tape hard. Now you can disconnect the laptop broken lcd from the connectors.
