Use a plastic or metal plunger give little bit of heat too much heath will take the paint off and you have to replace the back panel aswell. After removing back battery panel use philip 000 screw driver to remove all the screws. Use spudger again to remove plastic frame. disconnect the battery and then disconnect all other connectors from the logic board and remove logic board.

The charging port on samsunh s6 and s7 series is underfill and beside it is soldered it is also glued to make it water resist. You can use aa soldering iron to remove the glue gently. Once glue is removed use flux and heat gun to remove the broken charging port. If charging port is successfully removed it should look like in the below picture.

You can use a reverse tweezer to hold the charging port on it place. Before soldering check the pads are align with charging port connectors and start soldering.
