Once the back panel is removed unscrew the plastic frame and there you will see lcd connectors attached to main board. Disconnect lcd connectors and before you start removing broken lcd text new lcd if it is working fine. as once the new lcd is glued it is hard to remove without damaging it. If new lcd is tested and working fine disconnect and now start removing broken lcd. You need heat gun and metal or plastic spudger. start from the top and be very careful when you come close to home button. Use a tweezer when  you see home button and back button cable. ideally hold the cable with the tweezer keep attached with frame and pull the lcd. When lcd is completely removed. Clean the whole surface area with methyl. The surface area should be clear of any dust or left over glue residue. If there is any bump on the surface area it will break the new lcd.
